Corporate Business Growth Specialist

At ASI Computer Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Fremont, California or Walnut, California.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionA key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional account management and technical support to our enterprise brand's key accounts. This includes growing the top line revenue of assigned accounts, providing technical support and training remotely for key accounts and drone solutions in the North American region, maintaining relationships, handling after-sales needs, and driving business growth with assigned accounts.
To achieve these objectives, you will work closely with our internal teams to optimize our services, improve work efficiency, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us expand our business and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable four-year university, preferably in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business-to-business account management and after-sales services, with a deep understanding of the pain points of serving business clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly with dealers and stakeholders
- Excellent execution skills, with the capacity to launch policy changes and improvements efficiently
- Strong learning ability, with a passion for staying up-to-date with new products and technologies
- Occasional travel to industry shows and customer visits required
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on productivity tools
- Drone experience/knowledge is highly preferred, as is background in mapping and Part 107 certification
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus, but not required
