Descripción del Puesto:

Buscamos un Estimador para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ruppert Landscape Construction. En esta posición, serás responsable de gestionar el flujo de trabajo de estimación para proporcionar propuestas completas antes de los plazos de licitación.

Responsabilidades:
- Administre el flujo de trabajo de estimación para proporcionar propuestas completas antes de los plazos de licitación.
- Ayude a los clientes con información técnica y precios durante la etapa previa a la construcción.
- Revisar planes y especificaciones para determinar nuestro alcance de trabajo y los métodos de producción más efectivos.
- Definir alcances de trabajo para varios oficios y distribuir paquetes de ofertas de subcontratación.
- Evaluar y recomendar subcontratistas preferidos en cada trabajo a los gerentes de proyecto.
- Solicitar cotizaciones por escrito para materiales sólidos y mobiliario del sitio.
- Presentar listas de plantas al comprador para cotizar y obtener.
- Complete el plan de comienzo e ingresar la información de la oferta en el programa de software preferido de la compañía.
- Asignar o proponer márgenes de ganancia basados en las pautas de precios actuales.
- Revisar las licitaciones con los gerentes de la sucursal y división en función de los límites de aprobación.
- Participar en reuniones previas y posteriores al trabajo.

Requisitos:
- Habilidad para leer y comprender planos y especificaciones.
- Habilidad para entablar relaciones con subcontratistas y clientes.
- Experiencia con software de estimación preferida.
- Fuertes habilidades orales y de comunicación.
- Fuertes habilidades de organización.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de trabajo acelerado.
- Competente en MS Word, Excel y Outlook.
- Comprensión básica de las matemáticas comerciales y los informes.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año preferida, pero no necesaria para candidatos de nivel de entrada.
