Position Summary: This role is pivotal in providing operational assistance for a university-sponsored dining program tailored for students in quarantine or isolation. The primary focus is to deliver exceptional customer service and support to students facing temporary housing challenges.

As part of our response to public health guidelines, accommodations are arranged for students needing to quarantine or isolate. These students receive a prepaid card to facilitate their dining needs. The Senior Client Support Specialist will collaborate with housing services to manage the distribution and activation of these cards, ensuring a seamless experience for the students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing requests related to the funding of student cards.
  • Engage with students to troubleshoot any issues regarding card registration and activation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student information associated with card registration.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with students and colleagues, often utilizing standardized email templates.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary.
  • Support additional customer service initiatives, including timely responses to inquiries and front office support.
