Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year
We are currently seeking a qualified RN Registered Nurse to fill the role of Patient Care Manager. This demanding position requires using the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring that our team meets or exceeds performance expectations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring other nurses, promoting a culture of safety and respect, and participating in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities and Requirements
This position entails conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. To succeed in this role, you must possess a Registered nurse diploma or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, a current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, and a valid state license. A clinical specialty certification is highly desirable. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities will make you an asset to our team.
