We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Provider to join our team at Patient Plus Urgent Care. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other staff members to ensure all patient needs are met.

**About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to practice medical services as directed by supervising physicians, while ensuring that your actions remain within the scope of practice for an RN/APRN.

You will be expected to keep all certifications and licenses up-to-date at all times, adhering to the highest standards and laws governing your certification. **Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Licensure and Certification: Current Louisiana State Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from either ANCC or AANPCP for Family Practice.
  • Certifications and Compliance: Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
  • Prescriptive Authority: Eligibility for Louisiana Prescriptive Authority.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $ 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
