Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits;
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits;
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams;
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification;
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+);
- State licensed in TX, obtained by your One Medical start date;

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience, education and location.
