Ascension Seton, a leading non-profit healthcare system in Central Texas, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director of Population Health and Primary Care Physician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires 50% clinical work as a practicing primary care physician at Ascension Medical Group and 50% administrative duties as a Clinical Director of Population Health.
