Primary Care Physician Leader

As a Primary Care Physician Leader at One Medical, you will have the chance to lead your local team in demonstrating clinical excellence and practicing sustainability.
In collaboration with your manager, the District Medical Director and your operations partner, the Office Manager, you will solve problems and shape our organizational priorities. You will be able to continually develop your management and leadership skills as you learn about our business and its operations and engage your local team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Manage a team of in-office providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and/or PAs) and ensure that the providers on your team meet our clinical standards and patient care needs
- Guide and support providers' professional development
- Partner with Office Manager to support a collaborative, positive office community
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year managing a team of providers
- State licensed in Texas, obtained before your start date
