Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Custodial Professional to join our client's vibrant Cincinnati team.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Maintenance of clean and safe facilities may require evening, weekend, or overnight shifts depending on facility needs.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and materials is expected.
  • The position demands physical activity including lifting, standing, and repetitive motions.
  • Hours Per Week: 40
Key Responsibilities

As the Custodial Professional, you will ensure our facilities remain well-maintained. If you have an eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility, we want you to thrive in this role.

  1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  2. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces to meet health standards.
  3. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
  4. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  5. Report and document maintenance needs or damages.
  6. Perform light repairs or maintenance as needed (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures).
  7. Ensure secure locking of doors, windows, and other entry points.
  8. Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • 5+ years previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a related role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Basic maintenance skills (e.g., minor repairs).
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
