Job Responsibilities:

Key duties include:
- Updating purchase orders and managing the procurement of non-inventory items.
- Assisting with supplier onboarding and tracking shipments.
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely order placement and follow-up on purchased products, ensuring on-time delivery of conforming products.

Functions and Responsibilities:
- Acquire materials, parts, supplies, and equipment in accordance with established purchasing policies while optimizing cost, delivery, and terms.
- Communicate specifications, identify qualified suppliers, issue requests for quotations, and execute procurement actions.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Release purchase orders, follow up, and expedite as necessary, evaluating product values based on market knowledge.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with internal customers to maintain inventory levels and keep accurate procurement records.

Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and edit purchase orders and bid requests, ensuring accurate matching of receiving tickets with purchase orders and maintaining an inventory of designated components.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, legal, ethical, and contractual standards in all procurement transactions.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and accuracy in record-keeping of transactions and communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to multitask with attention to detail and effective problem-solving, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
