About the Job:

K-1 Speed Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team and drive business success. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of employees, and ensuring that our facilities meet high standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of salaried and hourly employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Associates in Business or related field preferred
  • Must have 3 years of Food and Beverage experience, current ServSafe Manager Certificate is a plus
  • Must have 5 years of previous management experience with a successful track record, preferably in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
