A background in sales is essential, with prior call center experience being advantageous. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand sales atmosphere is crucial. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and while dental experience is not necessary, we provide comprehensive training in dental terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and initiate outbound calls, averaging around 150 calls daily.
- Identify and schedule qualified prospects for consultations.
- Provide potential clients with detailed information regarding Dental Implants and Veneers.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all relevant information regarding prospects.
- Engage in online chats with prospects across various platforms.
- Follow up with potential patients who have shown interest.
- Address caller inquiries promptly, providing answers and scheduling consultations.
- Prepare end-of-day reports.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional sales skills over the phone, with a focus on relationship building and closing sales.
- Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
- Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to educate clients about products and services.

Compensation: $25 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
