Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carolina House. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with a positive and empathetic attitude
- Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications accurately and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in unit-based activities and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification
- One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical area
- One year of experience in mental health
- Ability to make an impact and contribute to the success of the team
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
