Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting a Federal Agency and delivering personalized, empathetic responses to health-related questions from the medical community. Your role will involve receiving and processing questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities via phone. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, and is 100% remote.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have a combination of educational background and work experience providing quality nursing care to patients. This includes:

1. A Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

2. An LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

3. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

4. An Associate's degree and/or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

You must have a solid understanding of various diseases and illnesses, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with medical professionals. You must also be able to follow general instructions and established policies, practices, and procedures.
