Join our team as a Senior Quality Specialist where your skills in quality control and improvement will guide our success. At our company, you'll implement shop floor and Quality Control quality system and improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will implement rigorous quality standards on the shop floor, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement. By promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality performance, the Senior Quality Specialist ensures that all processes meet stringent regulatory and customer requirements. You will also focus on troubleshooting quality issues, managing non-conformance, and encouraging a collaborative environment among all team members. This role is important to delivering quality products that exceed customer expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.

You will Report to: Warehouse & Distribution Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Implement local shop floor quality system and improvement projects.
Perform quality audits.
Identify opportunities and accomplish Quality Control improvement projects (flows, methods, calibration).
Provide input to the local quality system.
Support customer complaints and non-conformance management (Z1, ZV, Z2Q, Z2P, Z3).
Support troubleshooting of local issues related to their area of expertise.
Provide guidance of Quality Specialists I.
Provide local subject matter expertise to partners relevant to job responsibility.

Your Professional Profile Includes:
Technical or Business Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Related experience of 2 to 4 years.
Project management experience.
Experience with relevant QIC FC&A and Ops processes (such as Ingredient lifecycle management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality requirements and Formula management, Continuous improvement, Complaint Issue and Crisis Management, Industrialization, Audit and Change Management relevant to assigned area of activity).
Basic knowledge of Givaudan's order fulfilment, brief management, Regulatory and processes (IDDC) relevant to assigned area of activity.
Experience with Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids, spray drying, powder blending process, Flavors, JBC, Emulsions, separations, extractions) relevant to assigned area of activity.
Knowledge of Givaudan's main IT systems (such as Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, ILM) and expert knowledge (incl. Data mining) for a few relevant systems.
Experience with Food Safety and Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP) that are relevant to the assigned area of activity.
