Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Virginiaaba. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, ABA Supervisors, and BCaBAs to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings.
- Provide training and presentations on ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote awareness and disseminate information.
- Attend and participate in team meetings to share ideas, success stories, and recent research topics.
- Ensure a high level of professional and ethical standards, following company standards and BACB guidelines.
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Minimum two years' experience serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior analytic therapies.
- Experience with staff training and direct employee supervision.
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
