About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team at Select Kids Pediatric Therapy in Virginia Beach. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Case Manager to provide one-on-one support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
  • Collect, record, and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate progress to parents and team members
  • Work one-on-one with children in their homes and our centers
  • Travel may be required for some positions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • One year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • CPR certification
