Responsibilities
  • Manage tasks related to booking hospital procedures, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, providing a pleasant phone experience for patients and colleagues alike.
  • Work in a detailed-oriented environment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with hospital personnel to ensure procedures are booked efficiently, providing a seamless experience for patients.
Front Office Duties
  • Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of insurance issues affecting patient care, ensuring accurate authorization and prior approval.
  • Ensure necessary medical record information is present for procedures, including medical clearance if required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of physician office scheduling experience.
  • Clinical/EPIC experience preferred.

Pay Range: USD $38.50/Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
