Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting low-income youth and young adults in achieving their goals and living independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized support to youth and young adults in education, employment, housing, and other designated fields.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to help participants achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, community partners, and funding liaisons.
  • Collaborate with other programs and services to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting youth and young adults.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Experience working with youth and young adults in employment, education, housing, and other related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and coordination.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
