Law Firm Case Manager Position

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented case manager to join our team at the Law Offices of Michael Clark. As a case manager, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of pre-litigation files from onboarding through the demand letter stage, negotiations, and final settlement and disbursement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a large caseload of pre-litigation files
* Update clients, insurance companies, and others on case status
* Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management
* Support the litigation team by ensuring all case information is well organized and accessible
Qualifications:
* Comfortable with computer programs, such as spreadsheet presentation, word processing, and case management software
* Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once
* Professional case management process experience is needed
* Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication skills, both written and oral
