Job Description: Office Operations Manager

The Office Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and community lounge. This includes managing incoming calls, ordering supplies, greeting caregivers, and addressing their concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our office space and maintaining a welcoming environment for our team members and clients.

  • Process Development: Develop and refine processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with our RN Lead to run training labs, attend weekend training sessions as required by state regulations, and contribute to the development of clinical programs.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage our proprietary technology platform to manage caregiver schedules, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and host community events, collaborating with local service providers to foster connections and knowledge sharing.
  • Social Media Presence: Engage in social media content creation, promoting our brand and building a strong online presence within the community.
