Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist II to join our team at Health & Human Services Comm. As a Psychologist II, you will be responsible for providing psychological and forensic evaluations, individual, group, and family therapies to patients who require and can benefit from these services. You will also provide input into the psychological factors and recovery needs of patients to recovery teams as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and interpret psychological tests, including forensic assessments, and conduct diagnostic assessments.
2. Provide consultation and/or testimony to courts as required.
3. Review psychological reports for completeness and accuracy.
4. Provide individual or group therapy for the adult acute psychiatric population and/or other possible specialty populations.
5. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team activities.

Requirements:
1. Must be licensed as a Psychologist by the State of Texas or a reciprocity state.
2. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in psychology.
3. Successful completion of a pre-doctoral internship in clinical or counseling psychology.
4. Experience in psychological work.
5. Documented training and supervised experience in group, individual, and behavioral therapies, psychological assessment, and psychological testing.
