As a Customer Service Representative, you will be integral to our operations, providing outstanding service to both crew and passengers. Your role will encompass a warm welcome and personalized concierge services, ensuring that every guest has an extraordinary experience. You will also work closely with ground personnel to guarantee that all services are executed efficiently and invoiced accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Deliver concierge services to pilots and clients, including making necessary reservations.
  3. Manage invoicing for services provided to clients and pilots.
  4. Document customer preferences in the internal Million Air system.
  5. Prepare proactively for all incoming aircraft.
  6. Provide timely feedback to management regarding service issues or customer inquiries.
  7. Collaborate with the line service team to exceed customer service expectations.
  8. Maintain a well-stocked hospitality bar with snacks and beverages.
  9. Ensure a tidy work environment, including the front desk, lobby, and all amenities.
Competencies Required:
  1. Strong customer focus with an outgoing personality.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members, both in person and via phone or radio.
  3. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
  4. Basic mathematical skills.
  5. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain insurability under company policy (clean driving record required).
  6. Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Work Environment: This role operates in a professional setting, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and direct interaction with both moving and stationary aircraft.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this position include:
  1. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  2. Standing to greet customers and walking throughout the facility to engage with them.
  3. Potential exposure to high noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Position Type: This is a non-exempt role that includes shift work, requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Travel: No travel is anticipated for this position.

Qualifications:
  1. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the service industry.
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. This is an entry-level position.
  4. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Acceptable driving record.
  6. Ability to pass a background check.
  7. Commitment to a drug-free workplace, including pre-employment and random screenings.
