You will also work closely with ground personnel to guarantee that all services are executed efficiently and invoiced accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Deliver concierge services to pilots and clients, including making necessary reservations.
- Manage invoicing for services provided to clients and pilots.
- Document customer preferences in the internal Million Air system.
- Prepare proactively for all incoming aircraft.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service issues or customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the line service team to exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain a well-stocked hospitality bar with snacks and beverages.
- Ensure a tidy work environment, including the front desk, lobby, and all amenities.
- Strong customer focus with an outgoing personality.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members, both in person and via phone or radio.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain insurability under company policy (clean driving record required).
- Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.
Work Environment: This role operates in a professional setting, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and direct interaction with both moving and stationary aircraft.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this position include:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Standing to greet customers and walking throughout the facility to engage with them.
- Potential exposure to high noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Travel: No travel is anticipated for this position.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the service industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- This is an entry-level position.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace, including pre-employment and random screenings.
