- Ensure seamless integration of system components to create an efficient environment for executing complex computations.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and tuning to maximize the efficiency of AI models and HPC workloads.
- Implement load balancing and resource management strategies to distribute computational tasks effectively.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of AI and HPC systems, including setting up operating systems, drivers, and necessary software frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating system deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Continuously monitor system performance and health, using tools and techniques to identify and address issues proactively.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing AI and HPC operations.
- Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other threats.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- 5 or more years of experience working as a system engineer in HPC (High-Performance Computing) or AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI and HPC technologies, including hardware (like GPUs, CPUs, and networking) and software (like machine learning frameworks, parallel computing, and data management solutions).
- Proven track record of working on complex projects involving AI and HPC systems, including system design, deployment, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with other teams (e.g., AI researchers, developers) and to document and share knowledge clearly.
