Job Overview

As a vital member of the Juice Bar team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include receiving and preparing products, maintaining an inviting Juice Bar environment, and assisting customers with their selections.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
  2. Create a delightful experience by consistently providing fresh and delicious juice options.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  4. Prepare juice bar beverages accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  5. Uphold organic standards for all produce used in our offerings.
  6. Ensure accurate signage and pricing is displayed throughout the department.
  7. Keep back stock organized and accessible.
  8. Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by performing regular cleaning tasks.
  9. Assist with product sampling initiatives, ensuring sample areas are well-maintained and inviting.
  10. Follow established procedures related to health, safety, and sanitation.
  11. Operate and maintain all equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and respectfully to customers and team members.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Proactive sales abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of all products offered in the department.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to assess product quality and freshness visually.
  • Comfortable working in a wet and cold environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a juice bar or similar customer service role is advantageous.
