The Club Server/Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests in a dynamic and high-energy environment. This role offers an hourly compensation of $20.

Part-Time Benefits:
For part-time positions, we offer a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave for every 30 hours worked, accumulating up to 48 hours annually.

About the Venue:
The Acrisure Arena, which opened in December 2022, is the premier destination for music festivals and events in the greater Palm Springs area. This state-of-the-art venue, designed for both hockey and concerts, boasts a seating capacity of over 10,000 and offers top-notch hospitality and amenities for artists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring clear communication.
  • Take beverage orders from club guests efficiently.
  • Serve food items at the appropriate temperature and as soon as they are ready.
  • Ensure all ordered items are presented neatly without any spillage.
  • Be available to work during peak periods.
  • Restock beverage stations as needed (ice, juices, glassware, etc.).
  • Maintain high responsiveness to guest orders.
  • Present a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and kitchen staff to enhance communication and service quality.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately address patron inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant food service experience is required.
  • Must obtain and keep a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and complete other necessary compliance training.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere.
  • Strong communication skills to interact respectfully with colleagues and guests, fostering a positive work environment.
