Job Summary

The Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences seeks a Director of Experiential External Affairs to lead the Experiential Education Office. This role is responsible for managing affiliation agreements, communicating with external stakeholders, and planning experiential education opportunities for students.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, review, and execute affiliation agreements with experiential education sites
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to obtain and enhance experiential education opportunities for students
  • Plan, write, and distribute formal communications from the Experiential Education Office, including newsletters, manuals, annual reports, and videos
  • Supervise Experiential Education Office staff and create and maintain relationships with adjunct educators and affiliated site personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with multiple electronic platforms, including Microsoft Office and learning management software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in an applicable field
  • Proficiency in relevant communications software
