The Child & Family Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive screening and intake evaluations for children and their families facing significant emotional challenges. Qualifications - To perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, with a minimum of two years of experience working with children and youth experiencing serious emotional disturbances.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish professional relationships with all staff.
Licensure Required: State of Michigan LARA professional licensure in Social Work (LLMSW, LMSW), Counseling (LLC, LPC), or Psychology (LLP).
