Job Summary

The Senior Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with donors, corporations, and key community partners to generate revenue for MCHS Family of Services. This role will focus on creating year-round business and cultivation plans to drive new business development and improve campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, corporations, and key community partners through strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive new business development through a pipeline of potential sponsors, donors, and volunteer leaders.
  • Monitor fundraising trends and implement proven strategies to improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience in fundraising/development, or
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred with at least three (3) years of experience in fundraising and/or development.
