POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Services Specialists are dedicated to crafting memorable and unique experiences for our guests. They take the initiative to provide a variety of services that enhance the guest's stay, ensuring every interaction is meaningful. From managing operational tasks and addressing guest inquiries to sharing insights about the local area, our specialists make every transaction an integral part of the overall experience.
Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, and upholding quality standards. Guest Services Specialists will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in physical activities such as standing, walking, and handling light objects (up to 10 pounds) as part of their daily responsibilities. Performing these tasks effectively is essential for delivering exceptional service to our guests and supporting our business objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: None necessary.
License or Certification: Not applicable.
The compensation for this position is $22.28 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on specific criteria.
