Job Summary

Banner Bank is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a branch office, including sales, operations, consumer/small business lending, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage branch operations, including sales, operations, and client service
  • Partner with community organizations to increase the bank's visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with the sales team to develop new business
  • Perform outbound business calls to prospects and clients to understand their financial needs
  • Oversee the sales of consumer and business credit cards, account analysis, and treasury management services
  • Drive the branch to perform at 100% during bank and division sales campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 4+ years of bank branch leadership and operations experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team required
  • NMLS registration required
