Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional, medical, physical, vocational, social, and educational support to individuals with IDD
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs and desires of each individual
  • Assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and services

Qualifications
