Residency Program:
Our comprehensive residency program is designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, supported by our dedicated Success Coach team of nursing professional development specialists. They will be readily available to assist you in person, virtually, and through email, ensuring your growth as a caregiver.
Patient Care:
In our post-surgical care environment, you will care for patients transitioning from the Operating Room (OR) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as they stabilize before discharge. Our patient population includes those recovering from endocrine, orthopedic, renal, or gastro surgeries.
Support Staff:
With a dedicated team of Patient Care Nurse Assistants (PCNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), we maintain an average RN-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, allowing for focused and personalized care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity, patient preference, and resource availability.
- Maintain interventions to ensure continuity of safe and effective patient care.
- Respond to health risks and initiate corrective actions.
- Seek supervision and assistance when necessary.
- Document patient care in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
Experience:
- New graduates or RNs with less than one year of acute direct patient care experience are encouraged to apply.
