About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Educational Specialist to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As an Educational Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the education and training of medical students, resident physicians, and scholars in the clinical and basic sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program operations, including teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, and database maintenance.
  • Support the technology-based Simulation Program, Ultrasound Program, and Standardized Patient Program.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences for learners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Technical diploma or Associate degree in technology or health-related field required.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative analysis and operations research.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with complex faculty calendars and schedules.
  • Knowledge of patient simulation services, technologies, and applications.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $45,000-$70,000 (Annual).
