The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

- Lead our team of physicians and nurses in delivering exceptional care to our residents
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and expansion
- NYS Licensure to practice medicine
- Current DEA Registration in good standing
- Substantial knowledge of health center operations and management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
