Product Recovery and Sustainability Specialist

As a Product Recovery and Sustainability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in minimizing internal damages and costs related to IKEA products. Your primary responsibility will be to take necessary actions to give products a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. You will also be responsible for presenting IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.

About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have retail experience, knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture, knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles, and experience working in a customer and commercial-oriented business. The starting hourly pay range for this role is $16.90 - $19.44, and the job type is Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate. The hours are from 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1), and the shifts are published one month in advance. We are seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement.
