Healthcare Sales Representative

Amedisys, a leading home health and hospice company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote Amedisys' home care services.
Responsibilities- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home care services and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices, to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Coordinate patient admissions with the team, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality care.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care, providing solutions to improve patient outcomes.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and referrals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Achieve admissions, product, and payor-mix goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Meet short and long-term target account goals, demonstrating sales acumen and strategic thinking.
- Document sales calls and interactions in CRM, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Attend community events to promote Amedisys and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare-related business development or outreach role.
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance.
