At Benihana, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Teppan Chefs. As a Teppan Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables directly in front of them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to order, ensuring correct food portions and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, including hibachi tables.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
  • Entertain and engage with guests, creating a memorable dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
