At Benihana, we're not just looking for cooks, we're looking for culinary artists who can deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a Teppan Chef, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about creating great guest memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook hot meals on hibachi tables directly in front of guests
  • Ensure correct food portions are being cooked and maintain the kitchen areas and hibachi tables clean and sanitized
  • Prepare and set up food for cooking and side orders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cooking
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times
  • Ability to entertain and perform in front of guests
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
