Position Overview

Role Summary:

  • Ensure all necessary supplies are ready at the start of each shift
  • Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles
  • Assist guests with entering and exiting their vehicles
  • Manage traffic flow to ensure safety for both vehicles and pedestrians
  • Keep the valet area clean and well-organized
  • Complete required documentation at the end of each shift
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Issue numbered tickets for parked vehicles
  • Report any concerns to management
  • Maintain precise records of vehicle transactions
  • Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year in a related field
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the service industry is advantageous
