Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Oversee project management, administration, and field execution processes to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Safety and Quality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to injury-free environments and quality excellence, with a focus on mentoring team members and promoting best practices.
  • Estimating and Change Management: Participate in estimating and change management processes, including quantity take-off and review of subcontractor proposals, to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Make informed decisions regarding subcontractor and vendor selection, and coordinate approved purchase orders for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Additional responsibilities include managing project risks, coordinating meetings, reviewing pay applications, and providing training and mentorship to team members.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in construction, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
