We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct studio tours and introduce members to our unique fitness experience
• Work closely with trainers to ensure a seamless member experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Requirements:

• Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with our studio management software
