We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, payers, and other referral sources to ensure a steady flow of referrals to our Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement referral development strategies to increase patient admissions to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit
- Act as a liaison between internal and external referral sources, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Participate in community and corporate events to promote the organization's mission and values
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain a constant flow of referrals and identify new business development opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure rapid solutions to internal and external problems related to the referral and admission process
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (RN, RT, SLP, PT, OT)
- Current state licensure and BLS CPR certification
- 3-5 years of experience in an acute rehabilitation setting (preferred)
