Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that information is shared and understood.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client services or leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or communications.
