Substance Use Services Supervisor

Overview
Helio Health is dedicated to addressing and fostering recovery from the impacts of substance use, mental health challenges, and various behavioral health issues.

In alignment with Helio Health's mission, the Substance Use Services Supervisor will oversee clinical guidance and manage daily operations related to substance use and mental health services.

This leadership role is a Full-Time position within Helio Health's Syracuse Inpatient Program.

Compensation:
Eligible for a Sign-On incentive ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 based on licensure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to program staff.
  • Implement initiatives for Quality Improvement.
  • Assist the Program Director and Service Director with financial oversight and budget planning.
  • Engage in Management and Administrative committees as required.
  • Ensure compliance of program documentation with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a representative of the agency within the community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid professional License (such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, etc.) or Credential (including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, CPS, etc.). Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant program setting and a Bachelor's Degree; a Master's Degree in a related human service field is strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
