Phlebotomist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist PRN to join our team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Phlebotomist PRN, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing. • Collect blood samples from patients using proper technique and safety protocols
• Label and process blood samples according to laboratory procedures
• Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth blood collection processes
• Stay up-to-date with laboratory policies and procedures, as well as phlebotomy best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy course (strongly preferred)
• Previous phlebotomy experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
