Phlebotomist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, allowing you to choose your schedule and work at your own pace.

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper technique and safety protocols
• Identify and label blood vials according to established procedures
• Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth blood collection processes
• Stay up-to-date with laboratory policies and procedures, as well as phlebotomy best practices

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy course (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated phlebotomy experience and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
