Phlebotomist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing. This is a PRN opportunity, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule and choose your own hours.

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper technique and following laboratory policies and procedures.
• Label blood vials accurately and efficiently, using automated patient identification systems when available.
• Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy course is strongly preferred.
• Previous phlebotomy experience is necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
