Lead Generation Representative

About the Role: In this exciting position, you will be responsible for booking outbound meetings through cold calling, as well as generating new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. You will engage with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from various organizations to uncover challenges and understand digital roadmaps for the coming year. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and work closely with clients to manage sales pipelines and maintain impeccable administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking outbound meetings through cold calling and multi-channel approaches
- Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders and engaging with prospects to uncover challenges and digital roadmaps
- Delivering world-class customer service and working closely with clients to manage sales pipelines
- Maintaining impeccable administration and updating all activity in our CRM
Requirements:
- Articulate with strong written & verbal communication skills and talent for building rapport
- Understanding of the Sales Development Representative Role and requirements
- Ability to thrive in a scale-up, high-growth environment where things are constantly evolving
- A can-do, positive mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Benefits:
