Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Business Analyst Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our clients' technical staff to define, document, and prioritize the scope of work for a rebranding initiative.
This project will touch all aspects of the organization, including systems, applications, websites, and intranet sites. You'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting solution requirements, as well as facilitating user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business capabilities, processes, needs, and user feedback to work with business stakeholders and product owners to synthesize requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements, and facilitate user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and documents from enterprise applications to inform solution design.
- Project Delivery: Fully understand work effort and prioritize appropriately, using Agile practices to perform test configurations and develop changes to meet requirements.
- Prototyping: Organize or lead prototype development, participate in demos and user acceptance reviews, and work with technical leads on the creation of design documents and artifacts.
- Quality: Work closely with QA to ensure systems are built and configured to requirements and design specification, and coordinate the development of the test plan, test cases, and facilitation of UAT.
- Communication: Partner with project owners and project managers to develop content and deliver project communications and stakeholder management.
We're looking for someone with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. You should have experience with business requirement elicitation techniques, options prioritization and analysis, translation to technical functional and non-functional requirements, solution design, test planning, change management, vendor management, and experience with identity and access management, cloud platforms, and data integration tools.
You should be able to facilitate small teams, guiding work delivery and quality, and have strong communication skills to communicate with multiple levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive technical requirements and priorities.
What We Offer- Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives, with a salary range of $125,000-155,000 per year, dependent on experience.
